This is a very nice caudal or tail vertebra from an adult Diplodocus, the Jurassic Period Sauropod.
This specimen is complete and features excellent, dense bone quality and surface texture. It comes with a custom-made metal stand.
The centrum measures 9.25 inches x 4.5 inches. Overall, the specimen is 11 inches x 6 inches.

This vertebra is from about two-thirds of the way down the tail and comes from the same dinosaur as (and articulates with) vertebrae PGD1803SA and 1804SA and 1806SA - 1811SA.
